June 29, 20253 min read

Greetings and salutations! Here’s what we’ll cover this week:

  • Canva’s new AI video generation + multi-size projects

  • Creator Spotlight: Zoom recording → blog & clips workflow

  • Tool Spotlight: Adobe Podcast Audiogram deep-dive

1) Need-to-Know

If you use Canva (if you don’t, you should start!) You’ll want to check out two awesome updates they’ve rolled out.

First up: multi-size projects. Now, instead of juggling separate files for your Instagram post, Story, LinkedIn carousel, and TikTok video, you can create one design right click on a and hit Resize page (available to pro users) to have all your formats in one project. Say goodbye to hunting through dozens of open tabs or recreating layouts.

But that’s not all. Canva has quietly integrated a powerful AI video generator directly into your dashboard, no extra downloads, no third-party apps. It’s included with your subscription, so be sure to check it out.

2) Creator Spotlight + “How You Can Try This”

Shout-out to Tony @
heytony.agency for this brilliant tip: skip the camera jitters, just open a solo Zoom, hit record, and talk through the questions you hear every day in your business. It feels like a mini-podcast episode, and it immediately removes the pressure of “looking into the lens.”

How You Can Try This:

  1. Solo Zoom Session: Answer 3–5 FAQs in a 10–15 minute meeting—no guests needed.

  2. Transcript Export: Pull the text file from Zoom or use Adobe Podcast to transcribe.

  3. AI Expansion: Paste into ChatGPT to spin out a friendly, example-rich blog post or email series.

  4. Clip Generation: Upload to Quso.ai or Opus Clips to auto-slice viral-ready short clips.

Why It Works:

  • Natural Tone: Feels conversational, perfect for creators who aren’t camera-confident.

  • Maximum Mileage: One recording becomes a blog, emails, social clips, and more.

  • Speed & Ease: Zoom is familiar; AI does the heavy lifting.

Block off 20–30 minutes this week to test out this workflow, you’ll walk away with both long-form and short-form assets, all from one chat session.

3) Tool Spotlight

Create Engaging Audiograms with Adobe Podcast
Did you know Adobe Podcast can turn any audio or video into audiograms, with ease? Simply head to podcast.adobe.com, upload your file under Enhanced Speech → Transcribe Audio and Video, and once it’s processed, switch over to the Export tab. Select Audiogram, pick your format (landscape, square, or portrait), choose a theme or upload your own background, adjust branding colors, and hit Create Audiogram.

Why it matters:

  • Easy repurposing: Transform webinars, podcasts, or Zoom recordings into bitesize social clips.

  • No camera needed: Share your expertise purely through voice, perfect if you’re camera-shy or want a quick turn-around.

  • Visual appeal: Audiograms stand out in feeds and boost engagement with waveform animations and branded visuals.

4) This Week’s Repurpose Prompt

Generate 10 Audience Questions from Your Transcript

You’ve learned how to capture and transcribe your content, generate audiograms, and slice clips for social. Now let’s turn that foundation into interactive, audience-driven material. By transforming a transcript into targeted questions, you’ll create ready-to-film prompts for Zoom sessions, batch-recorded videos, or live Q&As, deepening engagement without starting from scratch.

ChatGPT Prompt:

  • “As a creator speaking to [your target audience—e.g., busy entrepreneurs], use this transcript on [your topic—e.g., productivity tips] and generate 10 open-ended, conversational questions that will spark discussion and can be answered in quick batch-recorded clips or live Zoom sessions. Make the tone friendly, professional, and aligned with my brand voice.”

How to use it:

  1. Paste your chosen transcript into ChatGPT alongside the prompt above.

  2. Review the 10 questions, pick the 5 you’d most want to answer this week.

  3. Block a 20–30 minute recording session (Zoom or your camera) and film yourself answering each question.

  4. Repurpose those recordings as talking-head videos, voice-over audiograms (via Adobe Podcast), or text-overlay Reels, giving you polished content for the week with minimal extra effort.
